His coaching philosphies have been honed through his many years of experience with successful coaches around the world. Coach Flavius has a USSF National Youth Coaching License and a FIFA certificate. Coach Flavius had a long and excellent playing career that included club, college, professional (Pittsburgh Riverhounds), and St.Lucia's national team. During his playing career, he was an exceptional goal scorer with 100 career goals in college and more than 60 goals professionally. He was also a 2-time All American in college and a 2-time college player of the year. Coach Flavius's professional career was highlighted by his 8 years with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds. He retired in 2006 and is still the teams all time leading goal scorer. Coach Flavius is still active as an amateur player and recently led his futsal team to win the 2009 Western Pennsylvania State Cup. Currently he holds a State championship, a National FUTSAL Championship, and a nationally ranked U-18 Boys Premier Team.
